Thai Koon Steel Group organized a water-pouring ceremony to mark the occasion of Songkran, the Thai New Year, as a gesture of gratitude for the boss and apology for any unintentional or inadvertent actions that may have impacted colleagues during work.
It is worth noting that all actions taken were done with the best intentions to achieve the organization's common goals. After the ceremony, the company's management team hosted a meal for all employees as a way of expressing their appreciation and encouragement for their hard work and collaboration.
